Becky Peek Managing Partner
As one of Paramount’s managing partners, Becky has over 25 years in multi-family management experience for individual owners, lenders and investment groups. Prior to founding Paramount, Becky served as vice president of a large property management company that had operations in 8 states and a national firm that held properties in 13 states. She has since devoted her expertise to building a property management company that prides itself on exceeding owners’ goals and expectations. The experience that Becky brings to Paramount includes conventional, Low Income Housing Tax Credit and HUD property management. Currently Becky travels throughout the United States, overseeing the management of investors’ portfolios. Becky’s vision for Paramount’s multifamily and commercial divisions is to give the best investment return to all owners who entrust their portfolio to our skilled and professional organization. With her unmatched experience and dedication to this industry, she is the one of the driving forces behind Paramount Realty Group.

David K. Peek Managing Partner
David has over thirty years management and construction experience in the commercial and residential markets. Prior to starting the company with Becky, David owned and supervised a large remodeling company that specialized in high-end work for private companies and individuals. David attended University of Oklahoma where he majored in engineering with a minor in mathematics. David’s experience enables Paramount to assist owners in identifying and correcting potential issues by utilizing both in-house staff and outside contractors to achieve solutions at an economical cost. David believes in the hands-on approach to management and is also involved in the day to day operations as well as helping to plan and coordinate long-term capital goals. David, along with the entire Paramount staff, is steadfast in his commitment to excellence, integrity, quality, professionalism and dedication to service.

David Myrick Managing Partner
As one of Paramount’s managing partners, David has over 10 years of commercial brokerage experience. David is responsible for the strategic planning and oversight of the company’s commercial brokerage division. This type of planning is the essential component of consistent business growth over the long term. Prior to starting Paramount Realty Group, David was the CEO of two commercial real estate companies and a broker associate for two others. With an extensive background in office, retail, industrial, multi-family, acquisition/disposition, site selection, tenant representation and lease analysis/review, David provides real estate expertise for the company with particular attention to exploring new markets nationwide.

Melissa Wheeler Managing Partner
As one of Paramount Realty Group’s Managing Partners, Melissa brings over 20 years of experience in the multifamily and commercial property management field, including tenure with one of the nation’s largest management companies. Melissa holds a Certified Occupancy Specialist Certification through The National Center of Housing Management. Melissa’s experience includes Tax Credit, HUD, HUD HAP and Mark to Market transitions, Section 8 certificates and Class A property management. Melissa has received numerous awards in her field, including Apartment Association of Central Oklahoma Manager of the Year in 1999, Paramount Property Group’s Manager of the Year in 2002 and 2004 Outstanding Achiever of the Year. Currently holding an Oklahoma Real Estate Provisional Sales Associate license, Melissa’s goal is to bring Paramount Realty Group’s Commercial Management Division into the forefront of Oklahoma City’s business community by exceeding expectations of the asset owners.

Erica M. Smith Controller
Erica Smith is Paramount Realty Group’s Controller, handling the accounting for their multi-family and commercial properties, including the preparation of monthly financial packets for the property owners. She has a decade of property management experience, both at the corporate and on-site levels and has a proven track record in this business. In 2003, she earned her B.A. from the University of Oklahoma and is currently finishing her Master’s. She came on board at the corporate level for Paramount after 3 years of being a Senior Property Manager for the company. She also has an extensive background in auditing and managing Tax Credit properties in addition to her experience with conventional communities. Erica works exceptionally well as a leader and team player. She was Paramount’s Manager of the Year in 2003 and 2004, and was nominated in 2005 for Supervisor of the Year.

Kiera D. King Property Manager
Kiera brings to Paramount Realty Group over 13 years of extensive and diversified experience in the real estate industry. Having been an asset manager for a Chicagobased real estate investment trust, she was responsible for over 2000 units in a five-state region. She is extremely proficient in financial & tax preparations, and the everyday operations of multifamily housing and commercial real estate. Her greatest asset is always bringing up the bottom line. Kiera has consistently been able to take a property and maintain a very low delinquency and high occupancy percentages. She was named Paramount’s Manager of the Year in 2005. In addition, she has extensive leadership skills and a background in auditing. She can identify problem areas quickly and proficiently. Her analytical and logic skills allow her to make quick and appropriate decisions.
